– Quotations are subject to availability and may be adjusted for any price increases or costs before Order acceptance.

3. Artwork for Branded Orders:
– On Target Promotional Gifts & Clothing (Pty) Ltd provides artwork approval to the Client, illustrating the appearance of the logo or image on the Goods.
– The Client must specify if permanent branding is required and approve the artwork within 7 calendar days to avoid delays and additional costs.
– Any changes to approved artwork may result in extra charges, and On Target Promotional Gifts & Clothing (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for delays caused by such alterations.

4. Artwork Design Packages:
– Clients may select from various Artwork Design Packages, each offering distinct design options and services.
– Additional design time beyond the package allocation may incur extra fees, as outlined in the terms.

5. Types of Branding We Provide:
– On Target Promotional Gifts & Clothing (Pty) Ltd offers a comprehensive range of branding options, including but not limited to Heat Press, Screen Printing, Embroidery, and more.

6. Errors:
– On Target Promotional Gifts & Clothing (Pty) Ltd aims for accuracy but disclaims liability for errors on the website, excluding incorrect purchase prices.
– Clients must report any defects or discrepancies in received Goods within 24 hours to initiate resolution procedures.

7. Rush Orders:
– Rush Order service guarantees completion within 2 to 5 Business Days, subject to artwork approval and full payment.
– Additional fees apply to rush orders, and full payment is required before confirmation.

8. Collection and Delivery:
– Clients must collect or accept delivery of Orders within 5 calendar days to avoid handling fees.
– Free delivery is available for qualifying orders; otherwise, delivery charges apply.

9. Cancellations and Returns/Refunds:
– Cancellations are not accepted after artwork approval on branded Goods.
– On Target Promotional Gifts & Clothing (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel Orders due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided.
– Returns or exchanges must be initiated within specific timeframes and are subject to terms and conditions.
