Artwork Guidelines

All submitted artwork must be print-ready files saved

Do you have vector Artwork?

If yes, kindly email it to Sales@ontargetpromo.co.za. If not, no worries. All we need is an image of your logo, and we'll happily convert it to vector format for you, ensuring your logo looks its best and meets all branding requirements. Take a look at our Artwork Design Packages to find the one that best suits your needs (your Account Manager will assist you in making the decision).

File extensions: .ai, .eps, .pdf, and .cdr

We highly recommend providing your artwork in Vector format (with the extensions mentioned above). Vector images consist of smooth lines that delineate various parts and colors within your artwork. Using Vector images allows us to adjust and scale your logo seamlessly without any loss of clarity. Additionally, it enables us to modify specific features, such as color, as needed. This ensures that the print on your item appears crisp and well-defined.

File extensions: .jpeg, .png

Raster images, as indicated by the above extensions, typically include photographs or scanned images. Unlike Vector images, Raster images offer higher color detail and are composed of small blocks known as "pixels." However, unlike vector images, pixels cannot be adjusted or modified. When raster images are enlarged, they tend to become blurry and pixelated. This can significantly impact the quality and result of printing for certain branding methods.

Pantone Colours

Pantone colors are integral to the Pantone Matching System (PMS), a standardized color matching system. This system enables us to reference a universal color chart to ensure consistent printing of your logo in the same colors every time. It's important to note that this serves as a guide, as colors may vary depending on the screen they're viewed on. If you require any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Font Names and Curved Fonts

A font refers to a distinct collection of printable text characters characterized by a particular size and style. If your artwork contains text, kindly supply us with the font name. In vector artwork, you can convert the text into an uneditable object. This transformation, known as "curving fonts," is accessible in design software programs.
