The Ultimate Branding Guide

Everything you need to know about our branding methods and limitations

Heat Press

Our heat-activated vinyl branding method offers versatility for fabrics like bags, clothing, and headwear. It's ideal for designs with multiple colors or small wording. Note that the vinyl isn't cut to the design's shape, which may limit flexibility and cause creased lines on fabric.

Screen Printing

Our screen printing method is cost-effective for large quantities, ideal for bold logos. Your logo is exposed onto a mesh screen, coated to block liquids, then ink is pushed through. Great for bags, t-shirts, umbrellas, and smaller items. Allows for single or up to 6 multicolor branding.

Direct To Garment

DTG printing applies ink directly onto garments with inkjet tech, great for small quantities. Quality garments yield better prints. Pre-treating ensures vibrant results. Requires minimal space, no screens, and minimal ink for detail. Ideal for Digital Garment Printing,

Engraving

Engraving is precise etching onto surfaces, perfect for smaller quantities. Material quality affects the result. Versatile for intricate designs. Requires minimal space and equipment. Ideal for personalizing items like trophies and jewelry.

Deboss

Embossing creates a 3D design with a raised surface on the product. It enhances product quality and is versatile, suitable for fabrics, leather, metal, paper, plastic, and silicone. In Embossing, the branded design is raised, while in Debossing, it's sunken.

Pad Printing

Offset printing transfers ink from a plate to a rubber or silicone sheet before applying it to the product. It's fast, economical, and versatile, allowing for single or multi-color branding (up to 4 colors). Ideal for small plastic items like keyholders, pens, torches, and USBs.

Sublimation

Your logo is digitally printed onto transfer paper, then heat-branded onto the product. Ensures realistic full-color prints without compromising product flexibility. Suitable for white products with at least 60% polyester and polymer-coated items.

Domed Sticker

Your logo is digitally printed on adhesive vinyl, cut to shape, and coated with clear polyurethane resin for a 3D effect. Ideal for intricate, multi-color logos on smooth or rigid surfaces. Perfect for products with a custom recessed plaque.

Belly Bands

Heavyweight paper digitally printed with your logo is glued to form a sleeve-like folder, then wrapped around your book. Ideal for notebooks, diaries, and folders, this method enhances brand visibility and provides extra space for marketing messages or visuals.

Direct to Product

Specialized UV-cured ink transfers onto flat or slightly curved surfaces, offering bold, vivid colors. Ideal for small quantities, it provides full-color branding on various product shapes. Note: Wrinkles may affect logo appearance. Perfect for bags, drinkware, and garments.

Foil stamping creates a sunken imprint using heated metal plates, pressing a thin foil sheet for color. This method offers exceptional quality with an elegant, shiny finish. Foils come in various colors like blue, copper, gold, and more. Ideal for genuine and imitation leather and PU products.

Embroidery

Embroidery decorates fabric with thread, using digital formats to recreate designs on products. This classic technique offers a high-value appearance for single or multi-color logos, suitable for flat or curved surfaces. Ideal for clothing, headwear like shirts or caps, and textile gifts like bags.

Digital Printing

High-definition digital transfer printing yields photo-realistic results, perfect for complex, multicolored logos. Ideal for bags, drinkware, and notebooks.
