Returns Policy

Our return policy extends for a duration of 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. If this timeframe has elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refrain from returning purchased items directly to the manufacturer. Any item returned beyond the 5-day window or not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributed to our error, will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds Procedure:

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification acknowledging its arrival. Subsequently, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

In case you haven’t received your refund, please first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as there might be a delay before the refund is officially posted. Following this, contact your bank. There is usually a processing period before a refund is credited.

Sale Items:

Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We solely facilitate exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at returns@ontargetpromo.co.za, and we will assist in the collection process.

Shipping:

You are responsible for bearing the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Should a refund be issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. The duration for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For items exceeding R750 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Uncollected Orders:

In instances where an item is ordered for collection but not retrieved, an administrative fee of R250 and/or a restocking fee equivalent to 10% of your order may be charged.

Non-refundable Products:

Due to the risk of COVID-19 cross-contamination, exchanges or returns are not offered on face masks or any respiratory products
